We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. China Tea Spirit accepts returns according to the terms below.<\/p>

How to request a return<\/strong><\/p>

Please contact service@cnteaspirit.com within 3 calendar days of delivery to request a return or report a problem.<\/p>

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 28 days of delivery.<\/p>

Return eligibility<\/strong><\/p>

To be eligible for a refund, an item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags, where applicable.<\/p>

Non-returnable items<\/strong><\/p>

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:<\/p>

  • Custom or personalized orders<\/li>
  • Tea<\/li>
  • Sale items<\/li><\/ul>

    Return shipping and fees<\/strong><\/p>

    For non-defective returns, including items that the customer no longer wants or does not like, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.<\/p>

    Original shipping charges, customs duties, bank or credit card fees, and other applicable fees are non-refundable.<\/p>

    A 15% restocking fee, calculated on the original product price, applies to all eligible non-defective returns for which a refund is issued.<\/p>

    Exchanges after delivery<\/strong><\/p>

    We do not offer direct exchanges for items that have already been delivered.<\/p>

    If you would like a different item because you changed your mind or no longer want the original item, you must first return the original item under this non-defective return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the applicable 15% restocking fee will apply.<\/p>

    Once the return has been processed, you may place a new order for a different item.<\/p>

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect items<\/strong><\/p>

    For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us before returning the item and include your order number and photos.<\/p>

    We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.<\/p>

    Please do not send the item back without contacting us first.<\/p>

    Order changes before shipment<\/strong><\/p>

    If you need to change an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.<\/p>

    Once an order has shipped, any change request must follow the return process described above.<\/p>

    Refund processing<\/strong><\/p>

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.<\/p>

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item for refund processing.<\/p>

    Handmade products<\/strong><\/p>
